Preston Lindler is a legal and international development professional (J.D., M.P.P.). Mr. Lindler has more than thirteen years of experience managing democracy and governance and political party development projects, with extensive grant management experience. He has been an accredited election observer in ten international elections. A conversant in Russian who has lived and worked in Russia, Armenia, and Georgia, he has the experience and ability to work with political and civil society partners in the post-Soviet space. Preston was admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and became a Presidential Management Fellow in 2006.
