Description

Kaidlyne Neukam is a strategic communications professional with a background in private sector development, civil society, capacity-building, and election observation. She has spent the past three years consulting the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) and its partners on leveraging communications, digital marketing, and social media to support the Center’s program outcomes. These outcomes include emboldening entrepreneurs, fast-tracking women’s economic empowerment, enhancing public-private dialogue, and raising awareness on implementing anti-corruption and business integrity initiatives within small and medium-sized enterprises. Recently, Kaidlyne served as a Social Media Analyst to observe the Turks and Caicos Islands 2021 House of Assembly Elections jointly with a team from the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES). An Indiana native, Kaidlyne earned her Bachelor’s degree in business specializing in social entrepreneurship at the American University in Washington, DC. She is passionate about safeguarding democracy and supporting governance initiatives to support societal and private sector development.
