Frank So has a dedicated career of ten plus years with the US Government (USG) as a Senior Advisor on Human Rights and Migration. He advises senior level government officials on strategic messaging and communications related to human rights programming. Frank has experience designing and creating coalition building of constituency groups in the LBGTQ+ community, indigenous natives, and diversity equity organizations. Frank provides strategic analysis on socio-economic factors that impact the optics of USG programming and policy development as related to vulnerable populations. Prior to his work with the USG, Frank worked with the United Nations with refugee and internally displaced peoples. He holds a Masters in Conflict Studies from the University of Ulster where he graduated with distinction and a Bachelor of Arts from Seattle University with honors where he served as the student body president. A son of two migrants, Frank also sits on several non-profits’ boards.
