Aleksandra Kuratko Pani is an election and parliamentary development expert with over 20 years of experience in over 30 countries worldwide, mainly in Eurasia, Africa, and Asia. She currently works as a consultant on NDI’s parliamentary and election program in Albania and several organizational development projects for civil society organizations in Croatia. Serving as a parliamentary and governance expert in the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Hercegovina for six years, she rendered tailor-made support to state and entity parliaments on increasing their transparency, accountability, efficiency, and opportunities for citizen engagement in decision-making processes. She has a proven record of efficient management and communication in complex political environments. During her mandate, she facilitated numerous public events related to the constitutional and electoral reform in BiH. From 2014-2016, she initiated the formation and organizational development of the election-monitoring Pod lupom Coalition in BiH. She assisted the Coalition in effectively monitoring elections using the advanced election-monitoring techniques and preparing and advocating for necessary changes in electoral legislation. She has designed and managed dozens of projects and successful public outreach campaigns related to voter education, mobilization, and advocacy throughout her professional career.
